R E Cooke has possessed a machine shop since the first days of trading. We have many years of experience machining steels, aluminium and high density plastics using conventional millers, lathes and drilling machines.

The current machining cell supplies turned parts, bosses, pillars, stand-offs etc to the downstream process. In addition, post processing requirements such as drilling, edge milling, rolling, shot blasting, linishing and the fitting of nutserts and pem inserts are all carried out in-house.

Sub-contract processes such as turret punching, anodising, plating, large scale shot blasting, non-destructive testing (macro, X-ray) are all available to R E Cooke, and helps them to provide a true one stop shop solution.
