Our modern Press Brakes give us the capability to bend a wide variety of material, including steels, stainless steels and aluminium. In addition they maximise efficiency and eradicate in-process errors.  All items that pass through the bending / forming cell have been programmed "off-line" to ensure compliance with customers' specifications.  These programs are downloaded by the press operatives from our secure server.

Large graphic display screens identify part features and orientation to assist the operator in producing a "right first time" item. All our operatives are fully trained after completing the press brake manufacturer’s recommended training courses.

To satisfy our stringent Quality System, each newly formed component is inspected before moving on to the next stage of production.

The vast range of tooling we possess enables us to produce a wide range of folds, cost effectively and in any quantity. We operate 3 advanced Bystronic Press Brakes. The largest exceeding a 100 tonne capacity and 3 metre jaw length. We also operate an Amada XX press brake
