R E Cooke have the capability to apply either wet paint or powder coat finishes through their in-house processes.

Both material finishes are prepared using an In-house, multi-stage pre-treatment facility.

The wet paint operation is a water based, rail specification process and includes both primer and top coats, controlled to a 10 micron thickness.

Our purpose built Powder Coating plant allows us to professionally finish components in a range of colours and textures. The combination of high quality pre-treatment and accurate application of powder coating enables R E Cooke to exceed the demands of the industry standard 1000 hour salt spray test on its products.
