R E Cooke have successfully implemented wet painting as an in-house process at it's Burton-on-Trent facility. The process has been audited and now is included in the company's ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
Why we did this
Wet painting sub-contractors are getting harder to find, which results in longer lead times and increased costs. The new facility at R E Cooke ensures both high quality finishes and on-time deliveries are kept within R E Cooke's control.
Is it available for all customers?
The wet paint process is available to all parts and assemblies that are made from sheet material at R E Cooke. We currently do not offer this as a "stand-alone" service.
